Product Description

Product Advantages:

The outer case with phosphate pretreatment and twice spray coating is easy to clean, better anti-corrosion and good shape. Different materials are optional according to customers' requirements, like iron, zinc-coated iron, embossed aluminum, stainless steel, etc.The coiler's diameter of 12mm and 16 mm are available. The aluminum fins are fastened tightly and wrapped around the copper pipes by machine or hydraulic tube expansion method to reduce thermal contact resistance and improve heat transfer efficiency.The inside of the coilers are washed after pressure test to completely remove oil dirt, water, oxide skins, etc.The spaces between electric heating pipes and power rate are calculated accurately to assure high efficiency of defrosting, which can be achieved by water or hot gas based on customers' demands.Electric motor is used to ensure good running in condition of low temperature and humidity. Explosion-proof motor is optional for our customers.Pressure maintenance tests by filling nitrogen are for all our evaporative cooling system.
